Simon has been involved with tree surgery one way or another for over fourteen years and during this time not only has he gained valuable industry experience but has made beneficial contact with many other leading industry related contractors.

In 1998 Simon gained NPTC and BTEC qualifications and as one of the top students on the college course was offered employment with one of the college tutors who had over 25 years experience in the tree surgery business. During this time of employment Simon became more proficient at his trade and gained a deeper knowledge into the commercial side of running a small company. That was way back in 1998, and since then he has continued to develop a wide customer base throughout the West Sussex area.
By employing only a small handful of staff Simon is able to keep his overheads to a minimum therefore ensuring that his prices are always competitive. Simon always aims to provide a professional yet personal service regardless of the size of job he undertakes.

For your peace of mind he is also registered and licensed with the environment agency for carrying green waste.
All of the debris produced is re-used. Most of the wood chip mulch is placed in a large pile, and from there is sent to Slough power station for use in fuel pellets. The larger wood, such as large rings and unwanted cord wood is also chipped in a 24” chipper and is also sent away to Slough. Simon always retains the high quality wood chip and log wood for later sales.

Ninety eight per cent of Simon`s customers have either used him before or were recommended by satisfied clients.
Simon also undertakes woodland management agreements and is currently under contract to manage over 45 acres of woodland.
Simon is also able to offer, through local contractors, decking, oak timber framed buildings and bespoke timber furniture and sculpture work.
